Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Ha Noi Arrival – Old Quarter Tour

Pick-up from Hanoi airport or city centre and transfer to your hotel. After check-in and time to relax, enjoy an afternoon walking tour of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, also known as the “36 Streets.” Stroll through Hang Be Market, explore Hoan Kiem Lake, and soak up the lively atmosphere of narrow streets filled with local shops and vendors.

Day 2: Ha Noi – City Tour

After breakfast, begin a full-day city tour. Pass colonial French buildings, visit Ba Dinh Square and the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum area, One Pillar Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Museum, and the Temple of Literature – Vietnam’s first university. Continue to West Lake and Tran Quoc Pagoda, then visit the Ethnology Museum. End the day with a one-hour cyclo ride around Hoan Kiem Lake.

Day 3: Ha Noi – Amazing Ninh Binh – Ha Noi

Travel to Ninh Binh after breakfast. Visit Van Lam village and take a bamboo boat ride along the Ngo Dong River through Tam Coc. Pass Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba caves beneath towering limestone cliffs. After lunch, climb Mua Cave for panoramic views of Tam Coc and visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam. Return to Hanoi.

Day 4: Ha Noi – Sapa – Love Waterfall

Depart early for Sapa, enjoying scenic mountain views along the journey. Visit Tram Ton Pass at 2,047 metres above sea level and take a forest walk to Love Waterfall. Return to Sapa town for relaxation.

Day 5: Sapa – Lao Chai – Ta Van – Fansipan

Enjoy a 4-hour trek through Lao Chai and Ta Van villages, home to ethnic minority communities and terraced rice fields. After lunch, travel by cable car to Fansipan, the highest peak in Indochina. Explore the temple complex before returning to Sapa.

Day 6: Sapa – Sin Chai Village – Sapa

Visit Sin Chai Village near Mount Fansipan, home to the Black H’Mong people. Explore the village and enjoy free time in Sapa town.

Day 7: Sapa – Ha Noi

Free time in Sapa before driving back to Hanoi. Evening at leisure.

Day 8: Ha Noi – Ha Long Bay

Depart for Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Board your cruise, enjoy seafood lunch, explore limestone islands, join water activities, relax on deck, and enjoy dinner onboard.

Day 9: Ha Long – Ha Noi – Flight to Hue

Watch sunrise over Ha Long Bay, enjoy brunch onboard, then return to Hanoi for a flight to Hue.

Day 10: Hue City Tour – Tam Giang Lagoon

Visit Tu Duc Tomb, a conical hat and incense-making village, Hue Citadel, and Thien Mu Pagoda. Cruise Tam Giang Lagoon, experience local fishing life, and participate in “Be a fisherman on the lagoon.”
Overnight in Hue.

Day 11: Hue – Hoi An

Drive to Hoi An along the scenic coastal road. Free time to explore the ancient town in the evening.

Day 12: Hoi An – Tra Que Village – Cooking Class – Boat Tour

Explore the countryside, Cam Thanh Coconut Forest by basket boat, An My Paddy Field, and Tra Que Village. Enjoy a hands-on cooking class and lunch with a local family.

Day 13: Hoi An – Ba Na Hills – Golden Bridge – Hoi An

Visit Ba Na Hills Park, explore Dreaming Stream, Rainbow Waterfall, Suspension Bridge, Golden Valley, and walk across the iconic Golden Bridge.

Day 14: Hoi An – Flight to Sai Gon – City Tour

Fly to Ho Chi Minh City. Visit the War Museum, Reunification Hall, Old Post Office, and Notre Dame Cathedral.

Day 15: Sai Gon – Mekong Delta – Sai Gon

Travel to Ben Tre, cruise the Mekong River, visit coconut processing workshops, brick kilns, enjoy rowing boat rides through canals, and explore village life. Return to Ho Chi Minh City.
