Sail among thousands of limestone islands, enjoy kayaking and swimming in secluded lagoons, explore Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island, and visit impressive limestone caves. Each day blends scenic cruising with enriching activities and leisure time on board.
Depart from Hanoi in the morning and travel to Ha Long Bay, Vietnam’s most famous natural wonder and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arrival, the cruise crew warmly welcomes you aboard the Mon Chéri Cruise.
Enjoy a delicious chef-prepared lunch as the ship begins sailing through emerald waters dotted with dramatic limestone islands. Spend the afternoon discovering the beauty of the bay, participating in water activities, or simply relaxing on deck while taking in the spectacular scenery.
Later in the afternoon, join a Vietnamese cooking demonstration to learn how to prepare traditional spring rolls. As evening approaches, admire the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin from the sundeck.
Dinner is served in an elegant and intimate setting, featuring refined local cuisine. After dinner, unwind at the sky bar (with surcharge), enjoy optional spa services, or try your luck with night squid fishing under the illuminated sky.

Begin the day with an energising Tai Chi session on the sundeck while watching the sunrise over the bay. Enjoy a light breakfast with coffee, tea, and pastries.
Transfer by day trip boat deeper into the peaceful waters of Lan Ha Bay. Upon reaching Viet Hai Jetty, explore Viet Hai Village by bicycle or electric cart, travelling through tropical rainforest landscapes and limestone mountains. Learn about the villagers’ daily life, traditional bamboo-thatched houses, and sustainable living practices.
Return to the day boat for lunch while cruising toward a kayaking and swimming area. Spend the afternoon exploring a quiet lagoon by kayak or swimming directly from the boat.
Head back to the Mon Chéri Cruise to relax. Enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi pool, music, and drinks by the pool. Dinner is served in the main restaurant, followed by evening entertainment at the bar or another chance to experience squid fishing.

Start the morning with Tai Chi on the sundeck and enjoy a light breakfast on board. Disembark briefly to explore Cat Ba World Biosphere Reserve, visiting an impressive limestone cave featuring thousands of stalactites and unique geological formations.
Return to the cruise ship for checkout and enjoy brunch while sailing back toward the mainland. Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina and relax in the lounge while awaiting your transfer.
Drive back to Hanoi and drop-off at your hotel in the Old Quarter.
